Patients and visitors find many services and conveniences on the hospital’s premises.
Helmsley Medical Building, Ground Floor Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner: Every day, 6:30 am - 8 pm.
The Carl and Dorothy Bennett Community Garden is located on the south side of hospital. It can be accessed through the terrace doors on the 1st floor of the Watson Pavilion.
An interfaith chapel/meditation room is always open for prayer and meditation. It is located on the 1st floor of the Helmsley Medical Building, just off the Atrium Lobby. Free wireless Internet (WiFi) is available throughout Greenwich Hospital. Patients and visitors can log on in patient rooms, waiting areas, the cafeteria, and the terrace. Bring your wireless-enabled laptop or PDA to the hospital and stay connected to family, friends and colleagues.
Operated by the Greenwich Hospital Auxiliary, the Gift Shop is located in the Atrium Lobby. It stocks patient items such as nightgowns, pajamas, bathrobes and toiletries, as well as accessories, flowers and unique gifts. A volunteer will bring a selection to the patient's room for approval and purchase if he or she is unable to visit the shop in person. The online gift shop is a secure web site for purchasing gifts to be delivered to patients currently in the hospital. Order online or call 203-863-3371.
Medications prescribed by the patient's physician may be filled at the hospital before 4 pm, prior to discharge. To reach the pharmacy, call 203-863-3111.

Public telephones are located near the elevator lobbies on the first, second, and third floors of the Watson Pavilion and in the Emergency Center. In the Helmsley Medical Building, public phones are available on the 1st floor corridor and in the stairwell landings next to the rest rooms.
TTYs for the hearing impaired are available in the Admitting Office and Emergency Center. Portable TTYs are available for patient rooms. Call Admitting at 203-863-3321.
An automated teller machine is located outside the Nutmeg Grille Cafeteria on the ground floor of the Helmsley Medical Building.
Snacks and sodas are available at vending machines located on the ground floor near the Nutmeg Grille Cafeteria in the Helmsley Medical Building.
Postage stamps may be purchased at the Gift Shop in the atrium lobby.
