NP 11 joins 1,000 Day Club for preventing infections

Hematology/Oncology (NP 11) recently joined the “1,000 Day Club,” after surpassing 1,000 days without a catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI). According to Jill Williams, RN, patient services manager, the achievement was truly a group effort. “Milestones like these happen only because the team makes a deliberate effort to use best practices and partner with everyone else in every step of the process,” she said. “It takes a village working closely together to achieve these types of outcomes for our patients.”
