YNHHS offers free COVID-19 antigen home test kits

Yale New Haven Health is offering employees and medical staff free CareStart COVID-19 Antigen Home Test Kits, while supplies last. Test kits (two kits per employee or medical staff member) are available through the YNHHS COVID testing sites. While the test kits are marked with an expiration date, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) advises that people may use the test kits for an extended period, until Sept. 1, 2022. Testing continues to play an important role in monitoring and curbing virus activity. Use the home test kit as a screening test if you or a family member are experiencing symptoms that suggest COVID-19. Find testing locations.

All requests for services will be answered by the local librarian within one business day. For details, visit the Ask a Librarian link in Epic, or email [email protected].
