Employee Recognition Programs

When our employees reach career milestones or go above and beyond in delivering top-notch service, we strive to recognize their efforts in every way we can.

  • Our Incentive Bonus Payment rewards all eligible employees if financial and patient satisfaction goals are met each year.
  • Department managers can nominate employees for Special Achievement Awards of up to 2 percent of salary when they have demonstrated exemplary performance, typically outside their normal scope.
  • Employees who reach significant milestones–beginning at 5 years–receive Years of Service Awards, and those who reach 25 years are honored at an annual celebration where they become part of the Heritage Club.
  • Our Quality Awards program honors employees, physicians and volunteers who are nominated by their peers for providing the highest levels of service.
