• In 2026, Greenwich Hospital earned a Five-Star Overall Hospital Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), recognizing excellence in patient safety, clinical quality, patient experience, mortality, readmissions and timely, effective care. Greenwich Hospital was among fewer than 15 percent of hospitals nationwide to achieve the five-star distinction.
• In 2026, Greenwich Hospital earned its third Magnet® designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the gold standard for nursing excellence. The hospital also received 10 Magnet exemplars, recognizing programs, practices and outcomes that demonstrate nursing excellence and innovation.

• In 2026, Greenwich Hospital earned the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® – Resuscitation Bronze Achievement Award, recognizing its commitment to evidence-based resuscitation care and continuous quality improvement in the treatment of in-hospital cardiac arrest.
