Greenwich, CT (Nov. 22, 2019) – Greenwich Hospital was in the national spotlight this week as the recipient of two coveted awards for being a top-performing organization that consistently excels in patient experience.

Greenwich Hospital received the Pinnacle of Excellence Award in Patient Experience from Press Ganey for maintaining consistently high levels of excellence over multiple years in Outpatient Services. Greenwich Hospital’s Outpatient Department consists of 38 individual departments.

In addition, Greenwich Hospital received the 2019 Guardian of Excellence Award in Patient Experience in the Emergency Department for consistently performing in the top 5 percent of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.
