A 206-bed regional hospital, serving Fairfield County and Westchester Counties, Greenwich Hospital employs approximately 2,000 staff members and is supported by a broad medical staff across multiple specialties. In addition to its main campus in Greenwich, the organization operates a network of ambulatory and specialty sites, including a cancer center campus, ambulatory surgery center, fertility center, endoscopy center and multiple outpatient and diagnostic locations throughout the region. Newsweek developed the America’s Greatest Workplaces in Health Care 2026 list in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group through one of the largest independent employee studies in the sector. Companies were evaluated across 10 dimensions of workplace satisfaction, including leadership, integrity, compensation, work-life balance, culture and belonging.
The ranking is based on a national survey conducted between April and October 2025 that collected more than 400,000 reviews from over 100,000 health care employees. Results from earlier studies were also incorporated to strengthen the analysis.
