Welcome to “Competency Land!”

Greenwich Hospital nurses recently stepped into a fun version of Nursing Competency Day, with more than 100 enjoying a Candyland game-style educational and interactive experience. Held three times a year, Competency Day is designed to demonstrate, review and validate clinical skills. The initiative helps every nurse stay current with best practices, meet regulatory standards and identify opportunities for growth. This year’s theme brought energy and engagement to serious skill-building, proving that learning can be both impactful and fun.
