Greenwich Hospital

Hospital named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces

Star

Newsweek recently recognized Greenwich Hospital as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces in Health Care 2026, showcasing the hospital’s commitment to a positive, supportive environment for employees.

This national recognition highlights healthcare organizations that excel in employee satisfaction, workplace culture and professional growth opportunities. Greenwich Hospital’s inclusion affirms its focus on supporting staff across all roles while maintaining high standards of care for the community.

“We believe that when our workforce feels supported and valued, it translates directly into better care for our patients,” said Bob Blenderman, PA, president. “This honor reflects the everyday commitment of our staff to each other and to the people we serve.”

Newsweek developed the America’s Greatest Workplaces in Health Care 2026 list in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group through one of the largest independent employee studies in the sector. Organizations were evaluated in 10 areas, including leadership, integrity, compensation, work-life balance, culture and belonging.

The ranking is based on a national survey that collected more than 400,000 reviews from more than 100,000 healthcare employees. Results from earlier studies were also incorporated to strengthen the analysis.
