Benjamin Bonte, MD

Dr. Benjamin Bonte is a board-certified Interventional Pain Physician and Physiatrist,and founder of Bonte Medical, specializing in the treatment of pain, spine conditionsand non surgical treatments for orthopedic/sports medicine injuries. He is boardcertified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and theAmerican Board of Pain Medicine.Dr. Bonte completed his undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University whilecompeting as a Division III athlete on the JHU Swimming Team, and graduated medicalschool at NYU School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine andRehabilitation at NYU Langone Medical Center, where he was elected executive chiefresident in his final year. He received further fellowship training in Interventional PainMedicine at Hudson Spine and Pain Medicine, focused on technically advanced,minimally invasive medical interventions to treat pain.Dr. Bonte has a passion for medical treatments that alleviate pain and improve quality oflife, with the goal of optimizing function and improving pain, focusing on each patient’sindividual treatment goals. He specializes in procedures including electrodiagnosticprocedures such as EMG/NCS, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, peripheraljoint injections, and sympathetic blocks.
