Heather Waters, MD

Dr. Waters, MD, is an Otolaryngologist–Head and Neck Surgeon and Facial Plastic Surgeon. She provides comprehensive care for the full scope of ear, nose, throat, and facial plastic surgery needs in patients of all ages. Dr. Waters graduated with honors from The Ohio State University School of Medicine and Public Health. She then completed her residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, followed by a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under one of the world’s leaders in the field. She is double board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, including certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Waters is dedicated to a patient-first approach, offering both surgical and nonsurgical solutions tailored to individual needs. She emphasizes function-preserving and minimally invasive techniques whenever possible, helping support natural-looking results and a potentially quicker recovery. By working collaboratively with her patients, Dr. Waters develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize safety, function, and aesthetics.
