Preregistering for admission to Greenwich Hospital makes coming into the hospital to deliver your baby quicker, less stressful and more convenient.

Preregistering is easy!

About four months before you are due, you may preregister by mail or in person at the Admitting Office.

Your obstetrician will give you a preregistration form for Greenwich Hospital. Please mail the form with a copy of your insurance card to:
